Guidelines on the use of the E-Learning Center

1. The E-Learning Center is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Each authorized user:
   • May use a slot for a maximum of one (1) hour. Renewal for an additional hour or part thereof is permitted but the user must immediately vacate the slot if another user arrives.
   • Is required to register at the counter upon entry and present a valid OLOPSC Marikina ID along with the current Registration Card bearing a photo.
   • Should observe silence and maintain courtesy during their stay. Headphones are provided for personal use of multimedia materials.
   • Must leave their bags at the designated counter provided for this purpose.
   • Is strictly prohibited from accessing pornographic materials or playing video games.
   • Is not allowed to use pirated software or connect USB drives or other external devices.
   • Is prohibited from bringing food or drinks inside the center.
   • Must not share assigned computers or equipment with other users.
   • Will be held fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred to equipment or facilities during their use.
4. The OLOPSC Marikina Administration reserves the right to suspend or revoke the use of the facilities for violation of any policies.
5. Additional guidelines may be implemented by the OLOPSC Marikina Administration as deemed necessary.
